Many times partners report cashback requests to you and you cannot recover the account despite sending the invoices, because your purchases violate the terms of service or the partners' requirements. In other words, one is not free to buy, wherever and however much they want, because if not, they will block your account permanently and not pay you the cashback. All this happened to a family member and that was letyshops's explanation for not paying him his cashback. They blocked me too but I was able to unblock it by pure luck.
