Mr. Roman (not) handles the case for 7 working days. Break the cashback refund file that was supposed to show up within 24 hours. There is no further. I'm nervous about this whole situation. I made purchases for about PLN 10,000 (5 purchases) and each was rejected. Why? They say the store doesn't accept cashback/I did something wrong. It is interesting that the problem EVERY time occurs with larger amounts (from ~500 PLN). To confirm a friend, they rejected very similar purchases for the same amount with the same reason - incorrectly activated cashback, and other cheaper orders were successfully activated in the same way, with the same plugins in the browser. After submitting the complaint, they awarded me PLN 10, which is only 0.1% of all rejected orders. Totally do not recommend, the competition works much better. Support, which should help you, actually throws the blame on you, rejects the requests and tells you to send you a video of the entire process of buying and activating the cashback. Maybe I should also include the login process with bank details? Jokes. I tried to settle this matter amicably, but they blew me off, hence I warn you against using their service. I withdraw my funds and run to the competition.

In order for the refund to be calculated correctly, you must follow the algorithm of purchases with cashback, among others: disable other plugins in the browser, add goods to the basket only after going through Letyshops / after activating the plugin, follow the store's terms and conditions.
