The company provides cashback for purchases at various retailers, with the percentage varying depending on the season. Until recently, the transitions were successful, and cashback management appeared without any issues in the app/website. Recently, this has stopped working properly. I use an iOS device to make my purchases, meet the requirements, and purchase the products. Since I've had several non-cashbacks, I take screenshots of the process and later submit them if necessary (they're starting to fail). The current problem is that you have to justify each purchase you make at retailers, since they don't appear in the app, despite having completed the cashback process through it. This makes the process even longer, requiring me to wait for a response from both LetyShop and the retailer, which ultimately ends up being negative. This is the 4-5th time I've purchased products and have to initiate a dispute in the app, stating that I made a purchase and that my cashback hasn't been reported. I have to wait for a response, and after several months of waiting, I receive the same response. 1. That the merchant hasn't provided details of the purchase, and therefore it's lost and nothing can be done; 2. That it wasn't completed correctly; 3. That they had already reported on their website that there were errors with certain merchants; 4. That I violated the rules and policies and therefore haven't received the cashback; 5. That I used a code not belonging to LetyShop; and other responses. As compensation, they offer you a code with a higher cashback bonus, which you use again, and you end up with the same problem with the merchant. Likewise, as a solution, they offer you to purchase an Android, iOS, or PC (Windows/Linux) product, uninstall your antivirus, firewall, and disable cookies, and then complete the purchase, checking their website for any errors. They also ask you to record the entire purchase process so they can better justify the purchase. To use a simple app with transitions to the web or associated apps, you have to invest the same amount of time as earning a master's degree. The app worked phenomenally well, but the recent shift in functionality only encourages people not to use it. Having to justify every purchase you make, taking screenshots and videos of the entire process, is NOT a solution. I do NOT recommend using the LetyShop app or website unless you want to open disputes and justify every purchase you make, when before it was a simple and automatic process.

What I liked most was being able to discuss the problem with a real person, not a chatbot. And on this occasion, especially, your patience and proposed solutions to satisfy my cashback request. What I liked least was that, although I'm not much of an online shopper, I've had to claim cashback from you several times because something went wrong. I've learned that I have to save screenshots of everything because your app sometimes crashes... But I have to say that in the end, I've always proven to you that I did make the purchase and you credited me the amount.

I was very happy until I didn't get any cashback on my last two purchases with a significant amount of cashback. According to them, they can't find it in their system. They send a request to El Corte Inglés and La Casa del Libro, which takes four months to respond. However, for a small Primor purchase with cashback in the region of just a few cents, they confirm it immediately.
