Perhaps, due to heavy loads on the day of the sale, a technical failure occurred, due to which Aliexpress erroneously did not transmit information and did not accrue a reward to us. Unfortunately, Aliexpress does not provide an answer about the reasons for not accruing cashback for some orders.
