You have issued a product that belonged to the second category and the rate for this category was 0.5% of the order amount. But, unfortunately, the cashback for the order was rejected. Cashback for an order may be rejected if, after its registration, changes were made to the order, namely: a part of the order was redeemed, the positions of goods in the order were changed, the method of delivery of the order, or other changes. Sometimes, unfortunately, stores transmit incorrect information about the order status, and an erroneous rejection of the cashback occurs. To understand the reason for the rejection of the cashback, we need some time, since we cooperate with stores / services not directly, but through partner programs. In this regard, communication becomes more complicated, and the answer may come to us within 2-3 weeks and so that you do not wait for a response from the store for a long time, we will credit you cashback immediately from the company's own funds.
