They did give me cashback, yes. However, not the amount they promised. My order was €19, and the cashback was 100% because I was a new user. They lowered it to €17, then €15, and finally €14... something. I didn't understand why, to be honest.

So far, they have refunded me .90% of yesterday's purchase. They should take better care of their regular customers, though. That way we could save more and invest more money in other items in the long run. New users are always given more discounts, and it makes a huge difference.
