Purchases at Temu with cashback in Spain

A user status (new/existing) mentioned in our cashback rates is determined by Temu based on its own data and not by LetyShops.
If a user makes several separate orders within 48 hours, the increased cashback may be applied to the first order that appears in the store's system.
Cashback is credited only for the actual order amount at the time the order was placed. Any goods added subsequently (if any) are not eligible for cashback.
Cashback is automatically rejected if an order has not been delivered and the order value has already been refunded to a user.
- Cashback is not credited in case of using the store's mobile app.
- Cashback is not credited for a gift card purchase.
- Cashback is not credited if a gift card is redeemed.
- Cashback is credited only for the actual amount of the payment, without taking into account any Temu coins/credits used, any payment made from the store's internal wallet or with a gift card, or any other similar virtual payment method.
- Cashback is not credited if an order has been returned partially.
- Cashback is credited only for the article's net value excluding the value-added tax, all other taxes and fees as well as additional costs for delivery and shipping.
- The amount of cashback credited to your account balance may differ from the amount previously displayed. This is due to the difference in exchange rates between the store operating currency and your account currency, as well as the deduction of VAT and any other applicable fees from the amount shown as "Pending".

Shopping at Temu is getting worse: in addition to the minimum purchase for free shipping increasing progressively (it started at 10 euros, then they raised it to 15 and now it's 20 euros), it happened to me that, after making a purchase, I saw that I hadn't made it through Letyshops, so I proceeded to cancel it and make it again, but through the website. My surprise is that they reject my Cashback because it stated that I had made the payment with Temu balance instead of with a card (this was because it was my balance from the purchase made previously and cancelled afterwards). In the end, I was left without Cashback.
