I placed an order through a cashback service, but it turned out that this pick-up point only had display products, - I asked to change the pick-up point to another store, - at this moment my order is canceled and a new one is created. Those. changing even an insignificant detail in the order - do not expect cashback. After I received a letter about the cancellation of the accrued cashback, I contacted the support service of Lety Shop, they explained to me that since the order was changed, in fact, it was canceled, and I was not entitled to the cashback, but for the first time I was credited from my fund. For which many thanks to them!

We made the first order for 17,000 - cashback was charged in a couple of minutes, but had to re-order (literally 20 minutes after the first), went as before through the service Letishops, everything was processed, but the second cashback was not charged. We needed delayed delivery and as it turned out, the store placed a new order and all documents not on the day of the actual order, but on the day of sending the goods by New Mail, so all confirming documents made on the date has no second order. On his own initiative and with the support of the care service, Letishops compensated most of the cashback at his own expense, for which I thank them very much!
