- Cashback is not credited in case of the order cancellation or return.
- Cashback is not credited for purchases made in a private environment with specific advantages (e.g. company profit environments, business schools, etc).
- Cashback is credited only for the following categories: smartphones, wearables, tablets and accessories, TVs, sound bars & home appliances.
- Cashback cannot be combined with any other promotions, offers or discounts (e.g., UNiDAYS), including codes, coupons, vouchers, employee discounts or any other types of additional discounts to activate which a user has to insert a code.
- Due to the shop’s T&C any request for the lost cashback should be submitted till the 5th of the month next after that in which a corresponding order was made. Any request submitted later than that will be rejected automatically.
- Cashback is credited only for the article's net value excluding the value-added tax, all other taxes and fees as well as additional costs for delivery and shipping.
