Indeed, there was a problem with the accrual of cashback when paying via ChronoPay in the KupiVip store and for all your orders, cashback was accrued as a bonus, except for the first one, in which cashback appeared automatically, since the payment was in cash. The KupiVip manager said that the problem was fixed and regardless of the payment method, orders should be automatically recorded if all the rules for registration are met. That is why, for your last order, cashback was not accrued as a bonus and we asked you to re-register the order. If, for some reason, your orders are not recorded when paying via ChronoPay, you can always choose any other payment method available in the store.
