Cashback is not credited for purchases made via Ajio Business Account.
Cashback is not credited in case of using coupons, vouchers or promotional codes of any kind not published on the LetyShops website.
Any exchange of goods is treated as returning that's why cashback for the exchanged product is not credited. In case of a product return request, cashback is rejected regardless of the result.
Due to the shop's T&C any request for the lost cashback should be submitted till the 5th of the month next after that in which a corresponding order was made. Any request submitted later than that will be rejected automatically.

I’m a letySilver user and using this app since years, I’m happy with the cashback however I’ve a concern hope it’ll be addressed by the team. After the successful product delivery we’ve to return in few times due to obvious reasons. Just for one product return letyshop declining the entire order which I feel unfair. I’ll update to 5* once issue addressed and solved. Cheers!

According to the store’s terms, any exchange is considered a return, which is why cashback isn’t credited for exchanged items. Even if the product is later re-purchased or kept, initiating a return process leads to cashback being declined.
