We, LetyShops KFT (hereinafter referred to as LetyShops, We, Our, or Us), established in accordance with the laws of Hungaria under company number 13-09-200084, registered at: 2161 Csomád, Akácos utca 15, Hungary, support our website www.letyshops.com and other related mobile applications, services, and tools (hereinafter jointly referred to as the Services). We, together with our advertising partners and suppliers, use various technologies to learn more about how people use the Services. Read the information provided hereinafter to learn more about these technologies and how to manage them. This policy is part of the LetyShops Privacy Policy.

1. Cookies and other tracking technologies. How they are used.

Cookies / HTML5 local storage

A Cookie file (sometimes referred to as a Local Shared Object, or LSO) is a data file hosted on a device. Cookies can be created using various web-related protocols and technologies, such as HTTP (sometimes referred to as Browser Cookies) and HTML5.

Web beacons

НSmall graphics or other web programming codes called Web Beacons (also known as 1×1 GIFs or clear GIFs) may be used on the pages of our Services and in messages. Web Beacons may be invisible to you, but any electronic image or other web programming code embedded in a page or email can act as a web beacon. Clear GIFs are tiny images with a unique identifier, functionally similar to Cookie files. Unlike HTTP Cookie markers that are stored on the user’s hard drive, clear GIFs are invisibly embedded in web pages and are the size of the full stop at the end of this sentence.

Inline script

An inline script is a programme code designed to gather information about your interaction with the Services, for example, about the links you click on. The code is temporarily uploaded to your device from our web server or from an outsourcer and is active only when you are connected to the Services. The code is then deactivated or deleted.

Closing tag or element tag

A closing tag, which is an element of the browser cache, is an opaque identifier assigned by the web server to the specific version of the resource found in the URL. If the content of the resource in this URL changes, a new closing tag is assigned. The closing tags used in this way are a form of device identifier. Tracking of the closing tag can generate unique tracking values even when the consumer blocks HTTP, flash memory, and/or HTML5 markers.

The Unique Identifier Header (UIDH)

The Unique Identifier Header (UIDH) is a digital identification technology implemented at the level of the Internet service provider that makes it possible to follow a user's internet browsing for marketing purposes. For example, when a customer enters a store’s website address on his/her phone, the request is sent over the network and delivered to the store’s website. The information contained in the request includes such features as device type and screen size, enabling a retailer’s website to be displayed on the phone to its best advantage. UIDH is included in this information and may be used by advertisers as an anonymous way of determining that a user is part of the group targeted by a third- party advertiser. It is important to note that UIDH is a temporary, anonymous identifier related to unencrypted web traffic. We change the UIDN on a regular basis to protect the privacy of our customers. We do not use the UIDH to gather information about web browsing, and it does not transmit the data on web browsing to advertisers or other persons.
