Cashback is not credited or be cancelled:

- for Gold/Silver Jewelry or Coins;
- if order is returned or exchanged.
Any exchange of goods is treated as returning that's why cashback for the exchanged product is not credited.

Maximum waiting time for cashback is 100 days. It is necessary for checking information about the order and data transfer. So, for example, cashback for the order which was made 13.09, will be approved till 21.12.
