Purchases at Temu with cashback in France
A user status (new/existing) is determined by Temu based on its own data and not by LetyShops.
The rate for a new Temu client only applies if the login is made for the very first time.
The rate does not apply:
- if a user logs in repeatedly to the same account;
- if a user logs in to any account from the same device that was used to log in previously;
- if a user logs in to any account from the same IP address that was used to log in previously.
All mentioned above applies even if an order has not been completed or an order placement process has not been initiated at all.
- for an order made via the store's mobile app;
- for a gift card purchase;
- if a gift card was redeemed to complete an order;
- if a coupon was used to complete an order;
- if an order is partially returned;
- if an order was altered (the goods within the order were swapped, added or deleted);
- if an order has not been delivered and the order value has already been refunded to a user.
In order not to lose your cashback, we recommend you to delete cookies in your browser before visiting the Temu website. You can use the keyboard shortcut Ctrl + Shift + Del to do that. Select the "All time" option. More information can be found here.
If a user makes several separate orders within 48 hours, the increased cashback may be applied to the first order that appears in the store's system.
The store can split orders so that the increased cashback is applied to the first orders that appear in the store's system.
Cashback is credited only for the actual amount of the payment, without taking into account any Temu coins/credits/bonus points used, any payment made from the store's internal wallet or with a gift card, or any other similar virtual payment method.
Cashback is credited only for the article's net value excluding the value-added tax, all other taxes and fees as well as additional costs for delivery and shipping.
The amount of cashback credited to your account balance may differ from the amount previously displayed. This is due to the difference in exchange rates between the store operating currency and your account currency, as well as the deduction of VAT and any other applicable fees from the amount shown as "Pending".

The cashback rate is set by partners. For our part, we try to organize promotions and increase cashback.
Don't buy here expecting a higher cashback for a new user. Tema will give you a cashback as for an existing user, and no one can do anything about it. Letyshops support says that they have no data on this matter, and Tema support generally lies that they do not cooperate with Letyshops and the only promotions are those that are listed on their website. Below I read that people have a similar problem. And this only concerns Tema, there were no problems with other stores on Letyshops

Chat managers may simply not know about our cooperation, let alone the promotions we have held.
Why does the phone have a link to the Temu app, but the tablet doesn't? Buy very carefully! Temu can easily deceive and slip you nonsense or a spare part instead of a product.

SCAM, you make a purchase of a product worth 200 euros with CashBack as a new user and they mark the order as lost or rejected. When you contact Customer Service, they make up that there is a limit of 30€ of CashBack that is not stated ANYWHERE. Also, when the store rejects it, they only give you 10 euros, when based on their conditions I should have received TEN TIMES THAT AMOUNT. I am thinking of filing a fraud complaint with the Consumer Agency.
