Purchases at zooplus PL with cashback in Spain

Fast delivery, goods in accordance with the order, nice loyalty programs and a large selection of items made it my best store. I recommend.

I do not recommend the store, they lie on the promotion of Royal Canin food. The offer says that for 10 kg feed we will get 2 kg for free. Unfortunately, the food came only 10 kg, and I did not get the 2 extra ones, because I bought not 10 kg, even though it is exactly the one mentioned on the list of promotional food. I advise against.

I rate the store 5 stars; recently there are shortages in the assortment - we'll see if it normalizes. A very nice "check" option. I subtract the star that every time others do not charge me cashback ... It is annoying when you have to remember to add manually every purchase,

The store is really cool and I have been shopping there for over a year, but the cashback from letyshops is a failure. Every time I have to write an application that the cashback has not been granted. I do not have this problem with other stores.

I recommend. I have been buying from Zooplus for over 7 years and always fast, nicely packaged and complete order. Nice prices and lots of choice.

Unfortunately, when I start activating the cashback, the items in the cart disappear and you have to add everything from scratch.

As for the store itself - great, 5/5 stars, cheap, extensive assortment. When it comes to the return from Summer, unfortunately it never gets charged to me. I tried, as instructed by the employee, to remove the cookies, reinstall the plug-in, but it didn't work. The waiting time for finding the purchase is also unfortunately long. There must be some mistake between Lety and Zooplus, because it's impossible for every single purchase to run away. I am currently waiting for one purchase to be found. So far, I have already made 2 more orders ...

Store very good, prices and products are great. However, I give a low rating as I buy there every month and every time there is a problem getting cashback the store always loses them. Usually, I make large purchases for sick cats (who knows how much it can cost per month) and I have to manually add these orders with proofs of purchase, because a few zlotys of cashback would run away every time: /

I love this store and am constantly stocking up on it. I was glad to find him here. :) I wanted to try letyshops right away and placed an order at zooplus by buying a feed, but there was an error and letyshops did not load it, which is a pity :( I will keep trying, but these errors discourage me.

Cashback for purchases in June and July 2020 recognized only in November ?! Weird. And the Zooplus.pl store, like Bitiba.pl, I like and recommend the most advantageous purchases for animals. It is a pity that you cannot get cashback from Bitiba.pl. Something could be done to make them join the cooperation with you.

The prices and quality of the products are great, but it is a pity that there is no possibility of shipping to a parcel locker, only a courier. I often have a problem with picking up the package. When it comes to cashback - out of 5 purchases I only made it once, despite activating and disabling addblocks. I do not know what it depends on, but it is not a determinant of the store's quality :) I will order, minus the star only for the lack of parcel machines.
