I want to share a review about the negative experience of shopping in the TOUCH UA online store. I ordered a phone, a charger, a cover... etc. as a gift for a girl. I looked at the prices, which are a little cheaper here than in other more famous stores. I made an order on the website, the operator contacted me and said that when placing an order online (and it is not possible to buy an iPhone in another option), you have to pay a commission... That is, be prepared that the price you see on the website and when ordering will be more expensive. It was the first disappointment, but he already confirmed the order. Then the girl took the package from the post office and soon went abroad, she hardly used the phone, and now it was time to charge it, and it turns out that the power supply unit does not work! Well, I write to the operator, what is he doing? He says that this cannot happen, they only have original and new products, send them to us and we will check. The girl is in Montenegro, there is no Nova Poshta there, and sending it to Ukraine costs €20, almost like the device itself... If they had original and new products, this would not have happened! Be careful, it is better to overpay a little in other stores but get normal working goods!!! By the way, the store did not charge cashback!!! I applied through Letyshops, but I doubt that anything will come of it...
