And even more disappointed with the youtuber with whom he invited me to refer ... A waste of publicity. Place an order for a laptop amounting to 598 (VAT included) using the Google Chrome extension. I also did it on a weekday when the chasback had increased. To my surprise, I did not receive the cashback and I claim it, reading the conditions beforehand in case it was my fault: that the product was sold by PcComponentes, that the amount was without VAT, not taking into account the digital canon and having made the purchase by the app or by the extension. All this attached evidence (attached the order number and the invoice itself). To my surprise 1 week later (it is worth evaluating, I know cases in which they have taken longer) they deny me the cashback that was more than 20 euros (calculated from the amount without VAT, 489 euros, which is seen in the invoice that I attach as test) (although only 20 would have been paid because it is the limit), and I only get 4 euros from Letyshops. If they are not interested in giving money that is not put on a cashback platform, it is shameful on the part of PcComponentes.

For the store a 5/5, but the cashback management is lousy. In all the purchases that I have made so far I have had to end up requesting the cashback through a consultation. Loss of cashback can be caused by several factors: violation of store terms, prolonged payment (more than one hour), use of promotional codes.
