I bought a TV in PC components for a value higher than € 800, on the day of purchase this website had an increase in cashback, in TV it increased from 0.75 to 7.5%. After 24 hours, the cashback was not reflected anywhere, so I decided to contact customer service. It should be noted that the maximum cashback was € 9, of which if I had not claimed, I would not have seen € 0.01. When I contacted support I was told that it is possible that it is an error in the algorithm or that the store does not process requests. Sincerely, I do not believe it. The solution they have given me has been to give me € 4 in compensation, which is not even half of what they should have given me back. For the amount I spent, Letyshops has taken a percentage for buying through the referral link, so I don't think it's an error. It makes me think that perhaps it is not profitable to give such a high cashback increase and the solution is to give less to "compensate". In short, I am disappointed.
