The prices in this store do not correspond, or there is a complete mess with the staff. After ordering the goods, the manager calls to confirm the order, a message comes when and where to pick up the goods, and on the last day the manager calls again and informs that there is no product and the order is canceled. A similar situation happened with this store twice. So think about contacting him or not!

Awful store, I order the product twice, they call back and say that it is out of stock at this price, although the indicated price has been hanging on the store's website for the third day.

A terrible site, the information is not up-to-date, managers are not aware of the availability of the product, they can claim that it is there, and the next day another manager calls and say sorry is over. I even kept the recordings of the conversations on purpose, since it was more than once. Terrible, terrible site, don't even go there))) and like a neighboring review with a used TV)))

I was attracted by a relatively high percentage of cash back in Moyo compared to other online electronics stores. I ordered an LG 43UH6xx TV and a bracket for it. Within an hour, the manager from the main office called back and confirmed the order, saying that the goods would be delivered to one of the stores in 2 days. It took 2 days, no messages about the delivery of the goods came. I call back to the main office to the manager. It turns out that the goods are already in the city, but for unknown reasons, the carrier company did not take it to the store and does not explain this in any way. The next day, the goods cannot be picked up either, because it is Sunday and the carrier does not work. Delivery message came in 2 more days. In the store, when checking the goods, they took out a TV from the box. On the screen: greasy spots from fingers (excuse - "we got it out to check the integrity of the matrix"), the entire monitor is stained from the fact that it was wiped with a damp cloth (sellers look with dull faces and do not know how to explain it, like should be). There is a layer of dust on the back panel in the recess where all the connectors are located !!! A box with instructions, a remote control and other pieces of paper, which must be hermetically sealed with a transparent film - cut in two places and sealed on top with tape (type is not noticeable)))). The protective film on the edges of the case has been casually re-pasted. I'm shocked. TELIK B \ U removed from the wall of the store is on sale as new! I am asking you to update your order so that you can bring a normal brand new TV in its original packaging. After a while, the manager calls me back and begins to tell me that they have all TVs either from showrooms or from stores. There are NO new TVs! Why is it not initially warned about this before placing an order? Thank you, I can buy a used product on the radio market and not pay for it like a new one. I regret that I contacted MOYO, wasted time and gasoline for travel. Advice to the sellers of this "magnificent" store: before pushing the yuzany goods, at least wipe the dust off it))))
