I didn't know about the coupons or anything like that, atida should say it on the website, the cash back was posted very quickly and then when I picked up the package I rejected it... They have rejected my cashback claiming that the Cashback rules had been "broken". When I made the request they approved it almost instantly. I don't understand the need to have to go behind the scenes to get something approved (after having already claimed it with screenshots included) instead of approving it from the first moment.

I have no problem with the orders I place. Everything arrives in order and in perfect condition. The problem is with the LetyShops application. I constantly get errors when placing orders with this store.
