I received the first purchase well and with the chasback quickly, of the rest of the purchases that I have made, the response of the cashback is super slow and on top of that they deny it after 4 months.

I have bought several times. The first time the cashback fast and without problems. Then two purchases I had to claim the cashback. And with the last two purchases I've made I have the cashback still pending (and the purchase was in May!!!). Requests have been made to the store but nothing, nor do they respond… I will not buy again.
