Very unhappy with the store and with the Cashback process. It was the first time I bought in this store, there was a Cashback of 25%, although there was a cashback limit of 11 euros, I placed an order of more than 60 euros and my purchase was not registered. At the same time I sent an email to inform that the purchase had not been registered, after three days I received the order at my address, all the items are correct and of good quality, but obviously that is because of the brands that I have bought, not because of Mifarma's store. After more than a month studying my case, they tell me from Letyshop that the company has denied me my Cashback because there is an oversubscription, which for those who do not know it is apparently having several tabs open with the purchase ..... well false, because I did everything through the Letyshop application, directly from the application with Cashback activated, and as I said as a new customer. Definitely very angry why I feel ripped off, I will not buy from this store again. There are more that offer these products at a very competitive price and at least I do not feel that they cheat me, they give me the corresponding discounts and that's it ... but I don't wait months for my incident to be managed so that they can be invented later on how to buy.
