The same thing that several users have already commented has happened to me, I bought an item of 260 euros and I owned 15 euros of cashback, the purchase does not appear and when I open the letyshops request it tells me that it cannot claim the store and they give me 5 euros in compensation, I find it a shame that this store is still in letyshops and that it has lost 10 euros and does not have the right to claim the store because it does not accept applications. On top of that, it is justified to me that I may have made the wrong purchase when I use letyshops almost daily in other stores and I never have problems ... either they eliminate this store or they will have many losses.
