They do NOT give cashback. Buy at mediamarkt for the 12.5% boost. I took screenshots of the process in case something went wrong. It went wrong and despite the fact that I have sent screenshots and provided the order and transaction numbers, the cashback has not been paid. They tell me that for the next make a video (and by the way I broadcast it live, what's the use if not even with the captures of the purchase process they approve the cashback). I can't say anything positive about the extension. 0/10.

It has happened to me many times with this store that the cashback does not appear automatically; I have always had to make a claim and justify the purchases I make with them at Letyshop, so that they at least add a bonus (a small amount, really) since Mediamark considers the purchase lost/cancelled with the extension activated. It does not work. I proceeded to make a mobile purchase from the letyshop application. The purchase is very simple. It redirects you to the mediamark website, you add the product or products you want to buy and make the payment. You receive emails to the mail of the verified purchase and that's it. What doesn't work is the cashback. Mediamark does not notify letyshop of the purchase, so the cashback does not appear in pending. I complained to letyshop through the app and with photos that prove the purchase. In the customer service they were very kind and empathetic at all times and in the end they added part of the cashback that I would have obtained. I understand that letyshop is not "fault" so you should look at who you work with and who you don't. Mediamark is not a reliable company to give you the full cashback they say.
