Lousy store for CashBack since it hasn't appeared automatically, and they don't give it to you even crediting it with the purchase invoice. And from what I read I am not the only one, but it has happened to many of us. If the purchase is proven, they should be forced to make the cashback, and if not, remove this store from Letyshops, since, if you follow the steps and do it well, it is not our fault that they are not registered. Letyshops has paid me a tiny amount which I appreciate, but that's a tiny amount compared to what I should have received.

It has happened to me many times with this store that the cashback does not appear automatically; I have always had to make a claim and justify the purchases I make with them at Letyshop, so that they at least add a bonus (a small amount, really) since Mediamark considers the purchase lost/cancelled with the extension activated. Seeing the bad practice that other users have with this store using Letyshop, I think they should remove it as an associated store.

It does not work. I proceeded to make a mobile purchase from the letyshop application. The purchase is very simple. It redirects you to the mediamark website, you add the product or products you want to buy and make the payment. You receive emails to the mail of the verified purchase and that's it. What doesn't work is the cashback. Mediamark does not notify letyshop of the purchase, so the cashback does not appear in pending. I complained to letyshop through the app and with photos that prove the purchase. In the customer service they were very kind and empathetic at all times and in the end they added part of the cashback that I would have obtained. I understand that letyshop is not "fault" so you should look at who you work with and who you don't. Mediamark is not a reliable company to give you the full cashback they say.

Is a gotcha. It is the second time that I buy in Mediamark and that the 10% is not credited. I bought it in that store through Letyshops for being a high amount of a mobile. I did everything correctly and in the end they paid me €5 of the €50. The said. Do not buy that they will not pay it in life.

I activate the cashback from the browser extension as soon as I enter the MediaMarkt page and twice that I have bought this month, in no case has the cashback appeared. It works badly, what I would recommend is to activate the cashback from the lety page and see if it works that way.
