Good afternoon, I would like to share my feedback about the Foxtrot store and the Fly Shop cashback service in a purchase with cashback. I placed an order through a cashback service, but it turned out that this pick-up point only had display products, - I asked to change the pick-up point to another store, - at this moment my order is canceled and a new one is created. Those. changing even an insignificant detail in the order - do not expect cashback. After I received a letter about the cancellation of the accrued cashback, I contacted the support service of Lety Shop, they explained to me that since the order was changed, in fact, it was canceled, and I was not entitled to the cashback, but for the first time I was credited from my fund. For which many thanks to them!

I chose to purchase in this store solely because of the more favorable conditions for cashback. As many have written here, in the end, when ordering, no cashback was automatically credited. Created an appeal to the Support Service. As a result, the 4th day went - and in response there was silence. The first time I have this with Leti. Deeply disappointed. Leti has always been distinguished by the quality and efficiency of his support, but apparently bad times have come for the company.

We made the first order for 17,000 - cashback was charged in a couple of minutes, but had to re-order (literally 20 minutes after the first), went as before through the service Letishops, everything was processed, but the second cashback was not charged. We needed delayed delivery and as it turned out, the store placed a new order and all documents not on the day of the actual order, but on the day of sending the goods by New Mail, so all confirming documents made on the date has no second order. On his own initiative and with the support of the care service, Letishops compensated most of the cashback at his own expense, for which I thank them very much!

I was led to an increased cashback, although the price was like everyone else's. I waited for him to appear on the lists, but unfortunately he never appeared. I read about negative experiences in reviews and hoped that I would be lucky. But no. This was not the case with other stores. I do not recommend it. The fly team is great, I got a consolation bonus from them. Everyone decides for himself.
