After reading a large number of negative reviews and recommendations for cooperation with Foxtrot, I still decided to make a purchase, since the order is large and the cashback seemed worth it. The situation is similar to that of the previous commenter, but the ending is slightly different. I ordered a set of a washing machine and a dryer + a transition bar for them. Checked out, paid by card and after some time received a call for confirmation. During the conversation, they tried to add related products, but I refused everything, because according to the rules and recommendations of other users, this should not be done, since the order changed by the operator will be without cashback. And at the very end, similarly to the previous story, they inform/put in front of the fact that the order will be split, since the devices go from one warehouse, and 1 bar from another. And then I began to understand that the operator will change it after all and I will face the fate of unlucky people, but there is no way out, as there is no choice, to which I say ok and the conversation ends. Cashback appears after some time while waiting, but after going to Foxtrot’s office and receiving letters in the mail, I see that I really have 2 different orders (however, I want to note that the devices themselves remained under the same one that was created at the time of purchase, but the bar itself is under the new ). Next, it is also interesting, the new number is quickly confirmed in the office and in the letters, but the old one remained in processing a couple of hours later, and here I began to think about the loss... I don't know what helped me or it was supposed to happen, but after 3 weeks the cashback was credited. My actions that evening after seeing that everything remains the same: I sent a return email to Foxtrot on the order that was pending in processing, asking for confirmation, to which I received a reply "Order placed, waiting for delivery". I also made all possible screenshots and wrote to Lety support, where they asked me if I made any changes and gave all the necessary information. The girl Anastasia answered very quickly and checked everything, informed that the cashback is still fixed for the first number, she will keep it under control and now you just have to wait. After 2 days, confirmation came to the mail from Foxtrot regarding the order, which was being processed. Therefore, once again, I thank Lety and his support and wish everyone such happy endings.

I have the same situation as in the previous comment!!! I ordered a phone yesterday through the Latishops platform in Foxtrot. In the store, upon receiving the order at the cash register, they simply changed my order (it became a different order number) ((((Thus the product was bought, paid for. Only cashback in the amount of UAH 105.82 was NOT charged! Quacks! I categorically do not recommend Letishops or Foxtrot. Divorce !

On 11/26/2024, placed order #16191683 at Foxtrot through the Letyshops platform to receive cashback. On November 27, 2024, they paid in cash at the cash desk and picked up the order at the store at 21b Obolonsky prospect, Kyiv, 02000.
But I NEVER RECEIVED THE PROMISED CASHBACK!
Because in the store at the checkout, sales consultants adjust the order without the request, knowledge and permission of the buyer-client (they create a new one, a new order number appears accordingly), thus avoiding paying cashback!
In my case, a new order number No. 143716250 appeared, status "RECEPTED". Then, order #143716250 was deleted, and MY order #16191683 became "RECEPTED" on 11/26/2024. But THE QUESTION ARISES how order #16191683 can be received if the payment receipt shows the date 11/27/2024.
And where did order No. 143716250 created by the seller disappear from the office. Unreceived cashback in the amount of UAH 105.82. It says "Lost order in Foxtrot UA"!!! *I have all screenshots and receipts

I bought the product through the application, immediately paid online, followed all the rules and have a receipt. Cashback is lost - wait 4 months for the store's response. I wanted to try whether everything works so well in the advertised application. At the exit: there is no explanation, expect something, and what is not clear. Foxtrot sent an e-check with a slightly changed order number and I think that's the problem. This is an absolutely unscrupulous attitude towards customers, since I did not change anything in the order myself. In principle, if you just bought it in the store, there would be no cashback either, but why do you go to the affiliate program and blow people's brains. After that, I don't want to use the Leti Shops platform anymore or buy from the Fokostrot store, because it is not clear who of them does not fulfill their obligations to the client. On principle, to be honest, I was thinking of returning the order, it's just that the equipment is bulky and I didn't want to carry it all back.
Cashiers change the order without the customer's knowledge and the cashback does not come. I do not recommend
