I do not know what to think. In this store I bought 62.98 euros worth and the cashback did not appear, I claimed it and now the store has 4 months to respond. But if I did everything in the Lety app and I have all the screenshots, why doesn't it appear? 4 months to confirm that it is true? I paid instantly and the order arrived at my house. But same with a Douglas order of 62.98, another 4 months. In 2022 four months to verify that I have made a purchase in a store. It gives me a lot to think that I have had to claim 4 orders in total, also from Just Eat and from another store. It is clear that the app does not work well. When an offer is made with a detailed description of it and on 4 occasions it does not work, perhaps the advertising is misleading. Because the normal thing is that it works and not have to be with claims.

STORE OPINION: They get super deals, especially in regard to perfumery, I personally am a huge fan of Douglas. Previously, I used to consume more in a physical store, but more and more (especially if I am going to place a large order) I consume online when I see good promotions; plus the corresponding addition of Letyshop's Cashabck, which in my last purchase has given me a problem. OPINION ABOUT LETYSHOPS: As I have already mentioned, my last purchase (4 days ago) does not show the cashback anywhere, so I just made a claim for it. Despite having had this problem I give a 4 * score because in another previous purchase (in decathlon in particular) the same thing happened to me, and the Letyshops team efficiently and kindly solved it for me. With these words I would like to reach those people who react with comments in a "hater" tone at the slightest problem; give the Letyshops technical service a chance (or the random store / web / product that has given you problems) and then, if they don't give you any solution, activate your "hater" mode. Again it happens to me that after 1 month and a half the cashback with this store is still not registered. It also happens to me with the English cut but they always register it for me. Another big purchase that follows without the cashback. On the part of Letyshops I think you should do something too. Too many complaints from the same store
