The following are excluded from cashback:
· Orders with an order value of less than € 30.01 (net) value of goods minus shipping costs
· Orders that were not placed through LetyShops
· Orders that are returned or canceled
· Orders that are processed or canceled by telephone with an OTTO customer advisor
· Purchase orders that contain books that are subject to fixed book prices
· Orders from customers entitled to commission who already regularly and / or automatically receive a monetary benefit from OTTO
· Orders from bulk buyers, co-buyers and friendship buyers
· Orders from employees of the Otto Group and pensioners of the OTTO Group
· Orders for gift or goods vouchers
· Commercial orders
Additional conditions:
· Cashback can only be collected if a user account has been created and the customer logged on to the OTTO website via LetyShops
· After clicking to the shop via the LetyShops website, the purchase must be completed directly, otherwise no cashback will be paid out
· When using the LetyShops app and then using the OTTO app, no cashback is recorded
· Default browser settings: Ad blockers must be deactivated in order to collect cashback. Cookies must be accepted. Anonymization settings in the browser must be deactivated
· In the case of returns, the cashback amount is adjusted to the final purchase price
· It can take up to 180 days for the cashback to be confirmed in the user account
· Subsequent processing of postings or cancellations is not possible
· OTTO reserves the right to cancel the cashback for deliveries that could not be made after 3 months
· Multiple cashback offers from different cashback portals cannot be combined
· Cashback is credited only for the net value of provided services excluding the value-added tax, all other taxes and fees as well as any additional costs.
Already ok but I forgot to open from Lety and bought something (-1200 €), and unfortunately I didn't get any cashback

In order to receive the cashback, one should either activate cashback via extension before ordering or go to the shop website from our website. The visit statistics show that this was unfortunately not done. Without redirection, we will not receive any commission from the shop and therefore cannot credit cashback.
If possible, you can cancel your order and reissue it according to the rules. Please remember to activate the cashback in order to receive it.

I ordered a TV for 350 euros from 5-fold Cashbac and should then receive 50 euros in cashback. Was a little bit speculative at first due to all the bad reviews, but a few weeks later I was credited with it. Thanks very much!

Cashback is calculated on the net amount of the order excluding shipping costs and taxes.
The amount of your order was less than 250 euros, so the cashback should be 7.5 euros.
Unfortunately, we cannot state the reason for the loss, as OTTO does not accept any subsequent booking requests. A warning about this is also in the terms and conditions.
We hope the situation will not repeat itself. The advice the manager gave in the request will surely help with this.

Ordered a large sum from Otto, received none of the cashback, except for a € 3 consolation prize from letyshops, although I was able to prove everything! pure disaster !!

Cashback consists of the commission that the shop pays us for customers' orders. Unfortunately we did not receive anything for your purchase.
There can be many reasons for this, starting with the device from which the order was placed, the algorithm used in the purchasing process, and ending with a technical error.
We cannot say exactly why this happened, as OTTO does not accept a naсhbuсh request. There is a warning about this in the shop's terms and conditions. Unfortunately, the evidence you provided cannot help you receive the commission.

Impossible apart from the cashback that should arrive, I have still not received the product after almost 1 month of ordering including immediate payment. Then there are incompetent employees!
