Referral program rules
Bonus payment conditions
- Once your friend signs up for a LetyShops account using your referral link, they need to make online purchases totaling at least €30 within 30 days for both of you to receive a bonus. Once the cashback for those purchases is approved, you'll both receive €5. Whether your friend makes one purchase over €30 or several purchases that together total €30, you'll still qualify for the bonus.
- A referral bonus is only credited for the automatically tracked orders that were approved by a store. If cashback was lost, declined or appeared as a bonus credited by our customer support team or system, such an order will not be considered in the overall purchase amount.
- Any options included in Lety codes that reduce the minimum withdrawal amount are not functioning until the referral program bonus is withdrawn from your account balance.
- A referral bonus is added only when a referral's registration country is the same as the country of your LetyShops account. If a referral user by registration selects a country that differs from the partner's country, none of them can get a referral bonus.
- Please note that most stores calculate cashback based on the purchase amount excluding VAT (Value Added Tax). As a result, the final order amount and cashback may differ from the actual cost paid by the user. Therefore, the minimum purchase amount for a referral bonus is also determined using store-provided data, which may exclude VAT.
- Pay attention that any purchase from HeyConad is registered with the total order amount set as 1€ regardless of the actual cart value. This means that such an order can't be used as a qualifying purchase to get the referral bonus.
Prohibited activities
- It is prohibited to use the brand name of LetyShops as well as of our partner stores in domain names to drive traffic to our referral program. It is also not allowed to create mobile apps, extensions, groups in social networks on behalf of LetyShops, and using the LetyShops logo. Using pages from the LetyShops website in any third-party mobile apps is also prohibited.
- It is prohibited to send bulk direct messages in social networks, groups, and forums dedicated to a certain partner store as well as to use contextual advertising, mass email campaigns, and any other types of activities that can be considered as spam to share your referral link.
- It is prohibited to create new accounts using your own referral link with the purpose to receive the referral bonus. That is considered as the registration of fake referral accounts.
- It is prohibited to create and use several accounts using the same device. That is considered as the registration of fake accounts.
