They never accept cashback; they always find some problem, and what a coincidence that it's always for a large purchase. This time I have a video proving the purchase went through correctly, but Letyshop only gave me 4 euros (when I should have received around 20) and won't let me respond to my complaint or send the video. This time, for sure, it's my last purchase at this pharmacy. Without the cashback, I'll just find a cheaper one!

Regarding Atida, cashback can vary depending on the product category and whether the customer is new or returning. Since your order fell under the category " For purchases by a returning customer from brands other than the brands mentioned above ," your cashback was calculated at a rate of 9%.
This is a pain. Besides the time it takes to claim, they end up denying your cashback without any explanation. They just say I've broken a rule, but they don't tell you which one. This app isn't worth it to me. I'd just buy from another site instead. It was a bad experience for me. 50% cashback was too much... I already thought it was weird.
