In 2020, the service has died completely. In the sense that both the mobile application and the browser desktop extension simply stopped working in 2 out of 3 stores. I bought during 2020 and the last two months in AliExpress, Fanatical, Eneba stores and bought in Foxtrot. Out of 15 purchases, cashback was automatically counted only for 4 purchases, one of which was in Foxtrot. All the other 11 purchases had to be manually added in my account. They refused to issue cashback only in one case, in all the rest, surprisingly, my transition to the store's website was magically found and the cashback was confirmed. I'm ahead of the support - yes, I followed all your "recommendations". And especially when buying through a mob. application - there it is simply impossible to "not comply" with them. Therefore, I send my heartfelt greetings to those responsible for the operation of the application and browser extension. Just in case, I always wrote down how I shop (although I delete the video after the cashback is credited).

The AliExpress store does not accept requests for lost cashback. Cashback was compensated from the company's budget. We would like to note that now the algorithm for the successful accrual of cashback in AliExpress has changed slightly: the product must be added after switching from our website.
