Many times partners report cashback requests to you and you cannot recover the account despite sending the invoices, because your purchases violate the terms of service or the partners' requirements. In other words, one is not free to buy, wherever and however much they want, because if not, they will block your account permanently and not pay you the cashback. All this happened to a family member and that was letyshops's explanation for not paying him his cashback. They blocked me too but I was able to unblock it by pure luck. A very useful service, one way or another you have to make purchases and there is an opportunity to get some of the funds back, which is nice, the referral cashback system is normal when you invite referrals (but it is somewhat unclear why the lost cashback for the purchase is not counted). Although for own purchases, if there is a lost cashback, it was always found out of 10 cases (sometimes longer, sometimes less). The support works very well and quickly, they always help. The extension on PC offers where there are lower prices for the same product, sometimes shows the rating of the sellers. By the way, withdrawals are also +- fast. The only downside: why didn't I use this service earlier?

I was very happy until they didn't give me enough cashback on the last two purchases. According to them, they have not found it in their system. They send a request to the English court and the book house that take 4 months to respond. However, a small purchase of beauty with a cashback of cents confirms it instantly.

I will not recommend this app to anyone else. I am accused of violating the rules of using your application, which may result in blocking (thankfully, I only received a warning according to Mr. Roman; after writing an e-mail to security@letyshops.com, I received information that it was blocked - great information transfer, no worries ;)), although my the request to quote what points of the regulations I am breaking was ignored by Mr. Roman. I am truly disgusted by this situation. Mr. Roman probably does not understand the referral program in your application, because he considers recommending family members to be a violation of the regulations. Perhaps, in your opinion, family is not friends? Which is a total abstraction for me because both my parents have their own e-mails (to which accounts were created using my referral link) and they used their money, NOT MINE, for shopping, which was also accused of an attempt at fraud. What's more, strangely enough, everything was fine until the end of the promotion. In my opinion, this is blatant cheating of customers and convincing them that they have violated the regulations in order to avoid paying the bonus. I am really irritated by this situation because it has been going on since June 6, 2024, which, in my opinion, was a deliberate attempt to drag out the problem so that there would be no grounds for paying the PLN 180 bonus. Mr. Roman started to do something himself (or commissioned someone else to do it) with connecting and unlinking the accounts of friends I recommended, he deleted information that they were waiting for cashback. If the situation is not resolved, the matter will be referred to the Consumer Ombudsman and media coverage.
