By what criteria do you assess who to give more to? After all, we equally fulfilled the conditions and the cashback for receiving a Tinkoff sim card he also had in anticipation of 1001.73 rubles. This is not the first time I use the service, I was always happy, but the service has deteriorated and does not make customers happy (((

The compensation is calculated automatically based on the user's status. For our part, they tried to support them with a bonus. Earlier, cashback was credited from the company's budget, but this is not always possible.
