As for Letyshops - not a single order for 11/10/18 got cashback. Absolutely all orders were made through the mobile application, having previously gone from the Letyshops application. And the amount of orders was significant. The support made partial compensation, but I was counting on completely different numbers. Friends at the start of the sale on 11/10/18 used another service and received cashback for all their orders. Conclusions suggest themselves.

I will share my impressions from 11..11 and solution problems. It didn't go smoothly ... Out of more than 20 transactions, only 2 came .. Support partially compensated for the losses, they make contact, the failure is blamed on Ali's problems .. According to Ali, the red coupons were all useful and applied. As for prepaid transactions, coupons were not applied, they could not be added. I paid only for those deals where the coupon was not needed and cannot be applied .. The site support froze and at the end of 11, they answered that it was impossible and they had nothing to do with it. I bought it according to the old scheme, using coupons, it turned out cheaper .. General impressions like those of the majority were spoiled from 11.11 .... Thanks for your support, but I will take off a star .. There is still room to grow ..

All purchases in AliExpress were made from the mobile application when switching from the LetyShops application and all the rules were followed (put in the basket from "my wishes") Cashback is not credited only for purchases made on 11/11/2018, with purchases made on 11/12/2018 with the same the algorithm is in full order and cashback was accrued. made 26 orders on 11.11 for almost 1000 dollars .. none of the cashback appeared, except for this orders where 5 dollar coupons were applied (about 6-8 orders I don’t remember exactly) aliexpress canceled with the status "order closed" .. ostensibly for security reasons ... but these were orders not at the beginning and not at the end of the list, so it is obvious that the store is merging its own coupons in this way .. if the cache is not credited, I will refuse to receive it, let it go to China, and the money will be returned to me ... without sales were cheaper))) everything is in Chinese ... by the way, there are no such problems on Chinese taobao and the prices are lower though in yuan.
