The cashback for my order was not charged automatically, I submitted a request and it was processed after 121 days: "The shop has not yet responded. Cashback has been added as a bonus". It's nice that in the end a few zlotys for the order were received, it's just a pity that it was necessary to submit the application manually and wait for a response for 4 months.

If the cashback is not displayed, we automatically send an appropriate report to the partners to find out the reason and try to recover the cashback.
If we do not receive a response within 120 days from submitting the application, we try to compensate the cashback from the company's funds, if possible.
