Whenever I buy in a store, the cashback is not automatically given to me and I have to claim. Even so, they almost never give me the generated cashback.

Loss of cashback can happen due to several factors: violation of store terms, prolonged payment (more than one hour), use of promotional codes, influence of third-party extensions.
