My concern was addressed from one of your best executive(As per me) and her name was Miss/Mrs. Valentina. She has followed my case from start to end and once it was resolved in fact she has informed me as well. My concern was totally resolved within 12 hours from her side. Now a days other customer care team takes usually 24-48 working hours for resolving mirror issues as well. But her and your backend team members effort's are commendable for resolving the concern in very short span of time. She was very friendly and her nature was helpful towards my concern. She was very eager/interested to resolve my as many concerns/queries she can from her side. Which was a very good quality of her as a customer care executive.
