Under the terms of cooperation with the My-shop.ru store, cashback is not credited if a 15% or more discount was applied to the order. This information is publicly available on the page upon transition. The manager also wrote about this in a previous appeal for a lost cashback.
The partners did not give us a commission for completed orders. We always try to meet the needs of users, but we cannot compensate for the cashback on an ongoing basis.
