I shop a lot on Aliexpress, and a few months ago I came across this site, and I've been ordering through it ever since. I had already accumulated over €30 in commissions, and on Saturday I decided to try withdrawing the funds. Today, Monday, they arrived. I definitely recommend it. Just by logging in through Letyhops, they give me money, and I estimate that in a year I'll be silver, which means I'll get a bit more commission. Everything is automatic, and I've never had to contact customer service. I don't keep track of the commissions either, but based on what I buy and the percentage they give, I estimate they're more or less correct, and it doesn't cost me any effort at all. As long as they keep giving me money for doing nothing, I'll stick with Letyhops.

I have two support tickets open for eight days and have not been addressed. They relate to two purchases made a month ago, which have not been added to my account. I was surprised by the large number of stores offering cashback here, and despite a minor issue I had, the service was excellent and the withdrawal was very fast and efficient. I will continue to use it 100%.

I give it 3 stars because in part it is a good service... that's true... I have had 4 incidents... I don't know what the problem is with MediaMarkt, PCComponentes, El Corte Ingles and some others... they don't reflect the purchase and I have to complain... if it is a small amount it is resolved without problems... if it is a large amount that's when the problems and the waits come... I have an incident regarding a purchase at MediaMarkt of €400 more or less... well they are going to review it and it will take 6 weeks (YES GENTLEMEN 6 WEEKS) to give an answer... I don't know what they have to think so much about... everything is fine... and that's even though the cashback is 1.65%. It already happened to me before with a purchase at PCComponentes with an amount of 800 and something euros... in the end they returned me the percentage that they wanted... it was more... but it is what it is... anyway. If those details were fixed I would give it 5 stars... since the little I accumulated and so on... I have already withdrawn and everything is perfect and the purchases that are registered are perfect too... but the above and the time they have to respond is something that needs to be improved.

Terrible, I follow all the steps, I even wait to make a bigger purchase and when I complain because I'm not receiving the cashback it turns out there was an error... "close tabs, remove extensions (what I'm going to remove is yours), and a long etc. which they don't explain. In the end I'm left without cashback and you without a user. Bye!
