After using the cashback service and documenting its use with screenshots and a recording, I was denied the promised amount of €30. They claim there was a problem and it wasn't properly recorded in the system. They refunded me €5 as compensation. Apparently, you have to accept cookies, use an app rather than a website, and perhaps call a notary to certify the transaction. I don't think I'll use this service again. I'm giving it two stars for the customer service and interest via email (even though they couldn't return the cash they owed me).
