After using the cashback service and documenting its use with screenshots and a recording, I was denied the promised amount of €30. They claim there was a problem and it wasn't properly recorded in the system. They refunded me €5 as compensation. Apparently, you have to accept cookies, use an app rather than a website, and perhaps call a notary to certify the transaction. I don't think I'll use this service again. I'm giving it two stars for the customer service and interest via email (even though they couldn't return the cash they owed me).

Ikea orders never appear even after making the request... if the store doesn't work, it's better to remove it because it's misleading.

In my experience, some cashbacks don't register, but what do you lose? Absolutely nothing, you just win. They don't sell you anything, you enter your details, and voila, you'll get your money back. Keep it up, LetyShops!
