Purchases at TOMTOP with cashback in India

I made a purchase on the TOMTOP website for the first and last time. Bought a discount of $ 2. But immediately after paying for the goods I was asked to pay another 6 dollars. Support service answers questions after 4-5 days. Asked for a refund. After 14 days, the money was returned.

I highly do not recommend this store, for what time I have already seen that all the scammers. I ordered a copter from this store, I wait for it to be sent (I waited five days), I write to those support saying when you send my order, and they answer me, then you need to pay 24 bucks for shipping. Naturally, I was a little dumbfounded by this news, firstly why no one had told me this before, but only after I wrote to them, and secondly what they originally wrote that they had free delivery. Well, I still paid for the delivery of 24 bucks and so hoped that they would send the goods to me, but it wasn’t there, support told me that my goods could not be sent anyway, now I will open a dispute on paypal and I will knock out my money from them. It’s better to overpay and buy on Alik than to lose your time in dealing with these scammers. Do not buy anything from them.

I read angry reviews and wonder. Are there really no satisfied customers? Everything came quickly to me. Support service worked for 5+. I ordered a DJI Goggles helmet in TomTop. By purchase.
