I get regular cashback from Amazon but disappointed with Flipkart. is there a reason Flipkart cashback is not reflecting. I see a lot of people having trouble with Flipkart. Otherwise Letys is a great way to save money.

I have reviewed so many times but recieved no reply and also my review is not coming here in the review section when i am posting the review please help me i trust the letyshopp app so much and shopping with it from past few months and year is going to complete and my issue is that i have placed so many orders in flipkart app through letyshopp but only few orders get tracked and so many does not track all my trust and exitement of the cashback vanished because of the tracking system i request u to please provide the csshback as i have made 5000+ cashback till now and want my all shopping cashback i know that the flipkart team does not consider the lost cashback but i need my cashback i have trust on u please don’t break it

Flipkart does not consider requests for lost and declined cashback which is really very bad. I ordered for a product on Flipkart a few months ago and asked for a replacement because I received a damaged product. For getting replacement, I had to return the damaged one and for that return Flipkart rejected my cashback. But in actual it was not a return of the product. It was just a replacement and unfortunately I can't raise a dispute against this. Also while placing another order, I activated cashback for Flipkart using Letyshops mobile app on my iPhone and as I activated the cashback, it jumped to my Flipkart mobile app which was installed on my phone, then I added the item to cart and completed the order using Flipkart app. But the cashback didn't appear in my account and unfortunately I lost it. For this also I can't raise any dispute. Finally I had a very bad experience with Flipkart cashback on Letyshops for past few months.

Since 1 year I didn't get cashback for Flipkart orders. some were denied earlier the none of my Flipkart orders were accepted for cashback. But I am getting cashback for Amazon orders.

Unfortunately, according to "Refer and earn" rules, the referral bonus is credited only for those orders registered automatically. If the cashback was not registered, and a bonus was credited manually, it won't be taken into account for the referral program. Sorry for the inconvenience.
