Yes, support is trying, compensations are given, but this will not smooth the impression, out of 8 orders through the cashback service only two, while friends ordered through competitors, and the percentage is higher and there are no problems!

And the amount of orders was significant. The support made partial compensation, but I was counting on completely different numbers. Friends at the start of the sale on 11/10/18 used another service and received cashback for all their orders. Conclusions suggest themselves.

I will share my impressions from 11..11 and solution problems. It didn't go smoothly ... Out of more than 20 transactions, only 2 came .. Support partially compensated for the losses, they make contact, the failure is blamed on Ali's problems .. According to Ali, the red coupons were all useful and applied. As for prepaid transactions, coupons were not applied, they could not be added. I paid only for those deals where the coupon was not needed and cannot be applied .. The site support froze and at the end of 11, they answered that it was impossible and they had nothing to do with it. I bought it according to the old scheme, using coupons, it turned out cheaper ..
