I made a purchase in May, for which I wasn't credited cashback, and I had to make a manual request, which told me it wasn't available. Now, after six months, they've finally credited it. Thanks, but they should still fix the problem and have the cashback issued automatically, like other stores like Shein or AliExpress. If you encounter issues like this, the app ends up losing quite a bit.
