Lately, cashbacks from this store have not been automatically credited to me despite using the letyshop extension and also opening Mediamarkt with the Letyshop mobile app. I always have to open a request afterwards. And the worst thing is that this last time, of the last 3 orders placed on the same day, letyshop has accepted the cashback of one and the other two they have rejected me despite justifying everything as the one that they have accepted me. They do NOT give cashback. Buy at mediamarkt for the 12.5% boost. I took screenshots of the process in case something went wrong. It went wrong and despite the fact that I have sent screenshots and provided the order and transaction numbers, the cashback has not been paid.
