- Cashback is not credited in case of using any voucher or discount code.
- Cashback is not credited for books.
- Cashback is not credited for some products. Unfortunately, the store does not provide us with any details regarding the list of such products.
- An order should be made within the first 30 minutes after reaching the store's website. Otherwise cashback is not credited.
- Cashback may get lost if you click a banner or any other advertising media or visit any other website after reaching the store's website from LetyShops.
- Cashback is credited only for the article net value excluding the value added tax, all other taxes and fees and the additional costs for delivery and shipping.
- Please be advised to accept cookies on the store's website for your order to be tracked properly. Otherwise cashback for an order may get lost.
- According to the store's terms and conditions any requests regarding the lost or rejected cashback should be applied within 30 days after the purchase has been made.

With Lidl it's a lottery…. I do the same purchase process and sometimes you get the cashback and other times you don't…. I have a high amount pending... let's see what happens but it's not the first time it's happened to me. I don't think it's a letyshops problem, I've been using it for a long time. It happens to me with some stores still buying always doing the same steps.

With letyshop I have never had a problem but with Lidl in the last two purchases I have made the cashbank does not appear. I'm waiting for one... the customer service is very good, they have already been able to solve one for me, I hope they can solve the other one too.
