When I called back and asked why my order was canceled, they told me that since the store where I wanted to pick it up was not there and I didn’t pick up the phone (didn’t hear the call), they canceled the order. I asked to transfer my order to another store, but without changing the order number, since I am losing cashback, they said that this is impossible and offered me to place a new order naturally with a cashback loss of 9% (Black Friday). Judging by the reviews here, they practice this in 95% of cases, so I think that the store does not want to give cashback and has already thrown many people with it. I don’t even want to rate them, because they behave very badly. This is not the first time I use the Letyshops service, but I have never seen such a relationship from the side of the store. I think that stores like Citrus have no place on this service, as they still do their best not to give cashback. Well, this is, of course, the business of the management of your site, whether to work with them or not, but for myself I have already decided everything, as I think, and many here are here about this store.

A new increased cashback has appeared. And the old order was canceled on the site. I think everything is great. The manager calls and says: Manager: "I call you on request" "I tell him what?". Manager: "What do you have a few?" "I say two" "There is only one manager in the system." "I tell him the first order was canceled on the site, and the second is correct" And it gives me this miracle: The system canceled all your orders. As a result, I go to make my third order. The increase in cashback, of course, is no longer there. Now again the usual cashback. But the story is not over. I'm waiting for what will happen next.
