Purchases at CashConverters ES with cashback in Spain

I really don't understand how cash converter has such a bad comment. I have never had a problem with them, yes with emails for taking too long shipments. On some occasion I have been denied a cashback but it is true that it has been because I already had a promotion or discount on the cash converter website. For the rest I have always received the cashback and I have received more than 400 euros from Letyshops plus another 200 euros that are pending, since it takes approximately 2 months from the purchase to have the cashback effective. Well, nothing, finally the order that I complained about 2 days ago was denied just after the bad comment, how curious, and what an unprofessional store that CashConverters is, so another € 14 or so of cashback that this store of thieves has saved, so the supposed solution that LetyShop told me in the comment of 2 days ago has been that they do nothing. I only use Chrome with the LetyShop extension to buy with the extension correctly, my usual browser is Opera, so the problem with the extension is not, I have not returned a single order and of 3 purchases that corresponded to a cashback of € 32 I have received from the pocket of LetyShop of the first 2 only € 7. And silly of me I bought something else in this store that I needed 2 days ago when I put the comment and 48 hours later it still did not appear (I have already made the manual request with captures of just the moment of purchase with the active extension ), but I don't think they will give it to me either, this last purchase corresponds to another cashback of about € 12 that I will also lose. I will not buy in that store again, nor with letyshop in other stores never again seeing the results. It is not normal that I spend more than € 1600 in a store and they have not returned a single cashback and they have only returned € 3 from Letyshop's pocket from the first 2 purchases, this store should completely leave the platform if they never comply with the cashback.
