I usually make purchases and rentals through Letyshops and the only store that gives me problems (always) is AVIS. I have tried it through the application and although the green "activated" icon appears, then the cashback does not appear. Through the web, when you log in to AVIS, the cashback is deactivated. Then, you claim the cashback and either they reject it or they take months to answer. Very unprofessional.
